    New to Pilates? New to Prayers and Pilates? Join us for a FREE intro class and learn about the studio, our memberships, and what to expect at one of our Pilates classes. Intro classes are offered on Saturdays at 2:30pm, Tuesdays at 7:30pm, and Wednesdays at 12:00pm.
