Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is a type of exercise that uses a special machine called a Reformer to increase the challenge and variety of traditional Pilates workouts. Reformer Pilates provides a holistic approach to fitness, targeting strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. It appeals to those looking for a well-rounded exercise routine that promotes both physical and mental well-being. The Reformer has springs at the bottom of its carriage that provide resistance, which can help improve balance and promote mind-body awareness. Reformer Pilates can be more challenging than regular Pilates, but it's also more adaptable because the machine allows for a wide range of exercises that target specific muscle groups and offer different resistance levels.
