  • PILATES + LIGHT THERAPY BUNDLE

    In addition to the Pilates Unlimited, we offer a bundle membership for you to enjoy one of our light therapy saunas 4x per month. Choose either 20 minute Red Light sessions or 40 minutes Infrared Sauna session.

  • PILATES UNLIMITED

    With our monthly unlimited Pilates membership, you can attend up to 30 classes per month! Members can book up to 10 classes at a time. We offer classes 7 days a week, both beginner and intermediate, as well as JUMP and STRETCH classes!

  • 8 CLASS PACK

    Looking to supplement another workout with Pilates classes? You can be a studio member and utilize our 8 class pack option. This option allows you to book up to 8 reformer Pilates classes per month.

Want to try out a class first?

Book a FREE intro class! Prayers and Pilates hosts complimentary introduction classes on Saturdays at 2:30PM and Tuesdays at 7:30PM. Come check out what all you can expect in one of our classes, and get all of your questions answered by one of our instructors.
