Prayers & Pilates: Membership Cancellation Policy 

No-Show Policy

• Members must cancel their booked sessions at least 24 hours in advance. A no-show fee of $15 will be charged for each session missed without proper cancellation. All late cancellations will be charged a $10 fee. 

• Booking and Fees: Drop-in sessions are available and can be booked in advance. The total fee for each session will be charged at the time of booking and are not subject to cancellation.

• Cancellation by Member: You may cancel your membership at any time by providing [30 days] written notice. A cancellation fee of $100 will be applied at the time of cancellation. Cancellations must be submitted via email at info@prayersandpilates.com.

• Cancellation by Studio: Prayers & Pilates reserves the right to cancel any membership for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment and misconduct.
